Terms & Conditions – By using my service, you agree to the following:
PAYMENTS ARE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Payment details and reminders will be sent to you. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking then the appointment may be cancelled. If we have a video appointment; joining instructions will be sent to you. If we have a telephone appointment then I will call you at the allotted time. As we have already agreed this appointment; if you do not attend, or do not cancel with 24 hours’ notice; you will still be charged for this appointment. PLEASE NOTE – If you do not connect to the video call, or answer the phone, within 10 minutes of the start time of the appointment; then the appointment cannot proceed. Should this occur then this appointment will be classed as “did not attend”, it will count as a full session and will be chargeable. IF YOU ARE UNABLE ATTEND PLEASE CONTACT ME.
