Cancellations and Non Attendance: If you do not attend, or do not cancel with 24 hours’ notice; you may still be charged for this appointment. If you do not connect to the video call, or answer the phone, within 10 minutes of the start time of the appointment; then the appointment cannot proceed. Should this occur then this appointment will be classed as “did not attend”, it will count as a full session and will be chargeable at the above rate.
Sessions should be paid for at time of booking to secure the booking, sessions not paid for in this manner may not be honoured and your session may not go ahead.
